Spare Parts and Inventory

We receive a significant amount of materials, some of which are left behind, forgotten to be picked up, marked as extra, or occasionally lost and found. To keep track of these, we maintain a spreadsheet called Overhead Materials in Smartsheet.
Before reaching out to us, we recommend reviewing this inventory to check what is available or unavailable. Additionally, if you need any materials, we suggest checking the inventory first before placing an order. This approach not only helps reduce costs but also minimizes lead time.
If you find something you need in the inventory, feel free to reach out to the Procurement Specialist. She will complete a Cost Transfer Form to ensure that the funds are appropriately allocated from our warehouse resources.
